Important: Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk of loss. Trading Fleet provides tools and automation — not financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any losses incurred.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Trading Fleet platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Who Can Use Trading Fleet
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you confirm this is the case.

We do not currently accept users from the United States. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with local laws.

3. The Service
Trading Fleet provides automated cryptocurrency trading bot software, deployment infrastructure, and related tools. The Service connects to third-party cryptocurrency exchanges using API credentials you provide.

We do not hold, custody, or control your cryptocurrency or exchange account funds at any time. All trades are executed on your exchange account via your own API credentials.

4. Financial Risk Disclaimer
Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and trading involves substantial risk of loss, including total loss of capital. Past performance of any trading strategy or bot is not indicative of future results.

Trading Fleet does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
Nothing on the platform constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes.
You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
5. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. API Keys and Exchange Access
By providing exchange API credentials, you authorise Trading Fleet to execute trades on your behalf according to the configured bot strategy. You should:

Create API keys with trading permissions only — never enable withdrawal permissions.
Only connect exchange accounts you own and control.
Revoke API access from your exchange immediately if you suspect any issue.
We store your API credentials encrypted. We will never use them for any purpose other than executing your configured trading strategy.

7. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges at the plan rate.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the paid period.
We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by UK consumer law.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or market manipulation.
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform.
Share your account access with others.
Interfere with or disrupt the platform infrastructure.
Upload malicious code or attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, connectivity issues, exchange outages, or bot errors.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading Fleet Ltd shall not be liable for:

Any trading losses, whether arising from bot errors, strategy performance, exchange issues, or service downtime.
Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Intellectual Property
All platform software, designs, and content are owned by or licensed to Trading Fleet Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or a platform notice at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
